A mixture of theory and practice in companies and at school—this is what makes the Dual Education System in Germany so unique. Today, the companies of the Freudenberg Group and Association Partners are welcoming young adults who are getting started in a Dual Education system. In India, our International Technology Company has been successfully educating people in the dual system for eight years in the South Indian town of Nagapattinam.
So far around 400 young adults have completed training here. The training center was founded as an aid project in 2008 to give young people a foundation for a better future. Today the center offers nationally recognized training programs for the occupations of Electrician, Welder, Machinist, Fitter and Mechanic Motor Vehicle (MMV).
