Heartiest congratulations on the completion of 25 successful years!

Set up in Mumbai since 1991, the Indo-German Training Centre’s (IGTC) Post Graduate Programme in Business Administration (PGPBA), based on the German Dual Education System, is well designed to shape future professionals who understand the changing needs of the industry. As one of the founding members and collaborating companies in the formation of the institute, Bayer is proud to partner with the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce (IGCC) to establish this industry-academia association.

The dedicated teams at the IGTC have ensured that the institute today has grown into a deep rooted institution with branches in Bengaluru and Chennai; and now also offers an Executive Business Management Programme (EBMP) for working professionals.

The IGTC has always been our preferred partner of choice, while we look for passionate and curious young minds to join Bayer. We, at Bayer, have immensely benefited from this association and its students have contributed to the success of Bayer not only in India, but also in Bayer offices outside of India. Since its inception, we also had the opportunity to host many students for internship.

These curious minds have also presented us with learning opportunities. This association with the IGTC, has over the last few years, also blossomed into other partnerships like the Bayer Scholarships and participation in the HR Partner forum.

We have had the privilege to engage with the HR Partner Forum and were impressed with the strong professional camaraderie between the members and member companies.

We take this opportunity to thank the IGCC for their continued patronage and support to the institute over the years. Here’s wishing the students and staff at IGTC many more milestones and success in the years to come.
