Coming from a hardcore technical background, I expected the EBMP to sharpen my business skills and to enable me to dive deeper into the management aspect of running a business. At the end of the programme, I can proudly say that the faculty completely satisfied my expectations. Dr. Mankad could simplify the toughest and most complex economic concepts and Mr. Fakih amalgamated the best of analogies to describe strategy. I derived important knowledge from Mr. Narsian and Mr. Moradian, and am applying it significantly to our current way of business.
I have also recommended this programme to my colleagues and subordinates so that they can benefit from the program, which in turn will benefit our organization in the long run. I would like to take this opportunity to thank IGTC for imparting invaluable knowledge, which will help us to achieve higher milestones in our professional career.
The faculty at IGTC is highly knowledgeable, experienced and updated with the latest information and trends in the industry. To my extreme satisfaction, the sessions done in this short span of 52 days were very informative and interactive with a fine balance of theory and practical application in each subject with a lot of corporate / business examples thrown in to help us grasp the subject matter. The regular assignments helped to review are learning and practice to put them to use. The pace of lectures in different subjects suited my absorbing capacity. The project at the end of the course was icing on the cake where as project groups we could put all our learning along with our own job experience to good use.
The treasure of examples from every walk of our day-to-day life by each Professor makes learning interesting and ignites the desire to listen to more and more. It’s just not lectures, books, laptops, presentations and certificate but a Lifetime Experience to acquire insights of Management from World Class Experts.
The EBMP helped me to bring about a paradigm shift by the process of ‘learning’ through ‘unlearning the past’. The entire programme and teaching is student-centric and the course curriculum is designed to match the requirements of the middle level managers. The academic inputs are translated to practical knowledge, which have a lasting impression on the participants. In addition to this, the peer group from other German organizations, the IGTC team and well equipped classrooms make learning a rich and enjoyable experience.

I am confident that the knowledge and skills gained at IGTC will go a long way in accelerating my career graph in the corporate world. I cherish every single moment spent with faculty and staff at IGTC
The Executive Business Management Programme by IGTC has helped me to think more strategically and gain better understanding about my company and our place in the industry and the challenges which executive face in daily life. The finance and other strategy courses enabled me to add immediate value to my organization as I was able to apply what I learned in the classroom on Saturday and Sunday to what was happening in the office on Monday.
The curriculum is challenging, but the courses are planned with the busy executive in mind. The alternate weekend classes format gave me the flexibility that I needed to fit the programme around my work schedule and family life and it also give extra time for reading and class preparation.
The EBMP professors are exceptional. They have practical real world experience and they do a great job of integrating it into the curriculum. They are able to push beyond the boundaries of our traditional thought process. The Executive Business Management Programme of IGTC is an exciting and challenging experience that I certainly recommend to everyone.
In India our organisation is growing rapidly, every year we are doubling our Sales Turn over. Today improving organisation performance as a whole is becoming more and more challenging. The time to react is very short, industry dynamics are changing faster and better than ever before. We needed to find out answers to our own questions such as how should we clarify the current situation and what strategy we should adopt for future? How the various departments will fit into the strategies?
With these questions in mind, I was looking for a management development programme which will give me not just lectures but also case studies, reading material and high interactions with faculty – sharing organisation challenges and finding out wining strategies with the faculty to accelerate organisational growth. Therefore I joined IGTC’s EBMP. And I think I am exceeding my objectives with EBMP.
On my personal agenda, I wanted to use this EBMP to become an effective individual by improving functional competencies and get some concepts which can be explored further. I think that this EBMP has helped me to sharpen all type of skills – soft and hard, business and people. I can now look forward for providing value based leadership. IGTC’s EBMP is well structured and methodical, and I wish them all the BEST for future.
The class room ambience is excellent, it immediately switches on to learning mode and faculties are really inspiring and trusted Gurus, and my batch mates are supportive. I am very confident that the knowledge gained will help me overcome future challenges.
I had the privilege of interacting with an eclectic mix of extraordinary people, geniuses in their respective fields who took the onus of imparting management lessons to us. The insights shared by them were invaluable. They are the true hallmarks of this program. Concepts and Applications of Management in regular commonplace business situations, personal actionable leadership with cross-functional approach, delimiting positions and hierarchy, teamwork, not conforming to one’s comfort zone, mistake-proofing, making overall systems efficient, mobilizing ideas, evaluating projects, all this furnished our disposition for learning. I urge anyone who would want to gain experiential learning to join this course. And when you do so, you are embarking on a journey to a better you.
