Mr. Richard Valladares is a post graduate in Personnel Management from Mumbai University with over 25 years of HR experience in MNC’s, local Indian companies and in 2015 – 16 a brief stint in the UAE. Among his past roles he was Head HR Generalist with General Mills – Global Business Solutions. Siemens in their Corporate Recruitment Dept. and few others being Sutherland Global Services and GTL Limited. Richard has worked in the following sectors; Manufacturing, Automobile, IT & ITES and Distribution sectors. Though a generalist he has also focused on mass recruitment’s, Campus recruitment’s and Campus – Corporate Tie ups when required. He has been exposed to and worked in most areas of HR, including negotiations with unions, has trained on quality initiatives like ISO and Six Sigma. He has been a visiting faculty since 2002 at various Management colleges in Mumbai and Pune.
Mr. Leslie Rebello is a management consultant specializing in organizational development interventions, facilitating creation of vision, mission and values for organizations, and clarifying top management thinking in the areas of ethics, growth, expansion, and diversification. His prime focus is to identify probable bottlenecks in the way of organizational effectiveness through research and to recommend/advocate solutions. He has provided clients with critical inputs in strategy, entrepreneurship, performance management, problem solving, project execution and role clarification. With over 15 years in various managerial positions involving creation of a software company and diversification leading to formation of 4 profit centers, he has imparted management training to more than 20,000 employees of various management cadres in areas such as Change Management, Business Leadership, Team Building, Managerial Effectiveness, Performance Management, Communication and Presentation Skills. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management – Personnel and Industrial Relations, XLRI, Jamshedpur. He is a visiting faculty at some of the best Business Schools in India.
Dr. R. Krishna Murthy is a Ph. D in Management Studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. He also has a LLB degree and is an Advocate specialising in Labour Laws. He has been the Director of the Industrial Relations Institute of India and is a consultant to several industries across different spectrums like Banks, Information Technology, ITes, Pharmaceutical, Engineering, Chemical and other Industries. He specializes in the field of Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management and advises companies in the area of labour compliance and trouble shooting. He is also a specialist in the design of wage and compensation systems for workmen and has done a lot of pioneering work in the area of Dearness Allowance payments and systems in India. On behalf of the Institute he has also conducted several trade union leadership development programmes. He has conducted numerous programmes on behalf of organizations like the BMA, NIPM, EFI and AMA. He is a visiting faculty at prestigious Management Educational Institutions.
