Mr. Anant Amdekar is a B.Com, L.L.B., and A.C.S. He is a visiting faculty at leading Management Institutes, for over 10 years. His area of expertise comprises of Corporate Laws, Corporate Governance, Mergers and Acquisition, Analyses of Financial Statements. He has conducted Management Development Programs for companies like Mercedez Benz, Jindal, and Merck etc. Currently he is a Consultant for some of the reputed companies like Glaxo Smithkline Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Chiron Panacea Vaccines Pvt. Ltd., Ingram Micro (I) Pvt. Ltd. Etc. He has received the Best Faculty award for 4 consecutive years at IIPM and Secured 8th Position in India in Final CS exam
