Covestro’s association with the Indo-German Training Centre (IGTC) goes back to the time when the institute was established. Our Global Head of Human Resources, Covestro AG, Christa Luetzenkirchen, has been one of founding members of this organization. Our partnership has helped to nurture exceptional professionals, who have grown with organizations including ours. We have colleagues from IGTC who have been working with us for more than two decades, and gone on to achieve successful careers.
Being one of the leading polymer companies, Covestro, formerly Bayer MaterialScience, is well established in India with three manufacturing facilities. Our business activities are focused on the manufacture of high-tech polymer materials, and the development of innovative solutions for products used in many areas of daily life. We produce real solutions for the real world. We value our relationships with our customers and employees–they’re what keep us motivated to stay dynamic and move ahead with time. With a strong approach towards sustainability, Covestro wants to contribute with products and technologies that benefit society and reduce the impact on the environment.
No matter what stage of your career you are currently in, if you are passionate about bringing innovative materials to life, Covestro offers you an exciting range of careers, at the forefront of scientific innovation. Covestro has a lot to offer, for students. Gain real work experience and learn from professionals. Our core values, which form the cornerstone of our culture, are: Curious, Courageous and Colourful.
We strongly believe that the talents at IGTC are self- motivated, and the institute provides a platform which helps students to widen their scope of knowledge. Our partnership gives us the chance to mould their talent and give them the opportunity to innovate, demonstrate and excel. The two-way association definitely helps us walk closer to our mission of making the world a brighter place.
We look forward to co-creating better professionals for the industry.
